We thoroughly vet all our tenants using a regulated referencing agency (FCC Paragon) who will carry out full reference checks on each prospective tenant. This will give all our landlords the assurance that we are choosing the right tenant(s) for their property.
We assign an experienced caretaker who will familiarise themselves to your property ensuring that your property is always cared for by making periodic visits and inspections.
We can even take over the management for your property even if it is rented by another agent for a monthly fee.
